general policy
We value your time and trust, and strive to create a calm, professional environment where every treatment—whether a facial, waxing, lash and brow enhancement, or body contouring session—is performed with care and precision. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Late arrivals may shorten your service time to respect other guests’ appointments. For your safety, please inform your esthetician of any recent cosmetic procedures, medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Guests with open wounds, contagious conditions, or recent sun exposure may need to postpone certain services. By booking an appointment, you agree to follow our policies designed to protect your skin health, uphold sanitation standards, and ensure a relaxing experience for all clients.
cancellation policy
We understand, things come up. Plans can change, you forget, you are running late. Just like any appointment, your spot was reserved just for you. When you can’t make it, there is no way to fill that spot without notice. We have on many days a waiting list- and with proper notice we can fill your spot. If you don’t cancel 24 hours in advance we will charge your payment method for the session. If you need to cancel, please call or text 913-221-5591, or respond to the text confirmation with the appropriate response saying you wish to cancel, or to the email confirmation that you wish to cancel. Otherwise, you will have to pay the fee. It is the right thing to do- the therapists are hard working people whose bills don’t become absolved when you have things come up. We hope you understand.
refund policy
We always hope our services are exactly what you are looking for. We do not offer refunds for service unless the service was not delivered.
Packages are deeply discounted and not refundable. If you have unused sessions and cannot utilize those you may assign to another person of your choosing.
